Refund Policy
If the fabric, surface, or air duct is cleaned, we require payment at the time of service. However, if an error occurs on our part, we will compensate you accordingly. For instance, if we inadvertently use a high pH chemical on wool carpets, we will replace the carpet at no cost to you.
Upon completion of the service, we do not offer refunds. If you encounter any issues with the service, please address them with one of our technicians the time of service, and they will be happy to assist you.
